1. Visit our Buylist:
   Go to buylist.ideal808.com or click the "Buy List" link on our homepage.
2. Search for Your Cards:
   Use the search bar or browse by game and set. Only cards we are actively buying will appear.
3. Add to Cart:
   Click "Sell This Item"to add cards to your buylist cart. You can click "View Cart" at any time to check or edit your list.
4. Submit Your Buylist:
   When ready, follow the prompts and provide:
   • 🏠Shipping Address (used to send checks or return cards)
   • 💰 Payment Method:
     • PayPal (3% fee)
     • Check [minimum $100 for mailed checks ($5 postage fee)]
     • Store Credit (+10% bonus based on final value)
   • 📧 PayPal Email (may be different from your account email)
   Recommended Minimum value: $20 for mail-ins, $5 for in-store drop-offs.
5. Wait for Approval:
   We'll review your buylist within 12 business days. You'll be notified by email once it's approved or if we need any changes.

🟡 1. Awaiting Approval

We received your list and are reviewing it. You can still cancel or edit it at this stage.

🟠  2. Awaiting Product

Your buylist has been approved, and prices are now locked - unless the order is delayed. Please ship your cards promptly; they must arrive within 7 days of approval.

📦 You can print your buylist from your account page. We recommend printing it to help with sorting and packing your cards in the same order.

You may still cancel your order at this stage through your account. Tracking is recommended but not required. Please include any special instructions when shipping.

🟢 3. Product Received

Your package has arrived, and we are preparing to grade the cards. Sometimes this status is updated as grading begins. You will receive an email update automatically.

🔵 4. Grading Completed

Your cards have been condition-checked. Log in to see a detailed breakdown of the original values and updated final values.

You'll have the option to accept or reject the updated offer.

If you reject, we'll follow up to ask if you'd like to accept a partial offer before fully cancelling the buylist.

✅ 5. Complete / Paid

Your buylist is finalized, and payment has been issued:

• PayPal: within 24 hours
• Store Credit: instant
• Check: mailed (may take several days to weeks)

❌ 6. Not Approved / Cancelled

The buylist was cancelled due to one of the following:

• Submitted values were too high
• You declined adjusted prices
• No cards met our purchase criteria

If cards were already mailed, we try to return them. You'll receive an email notification for any status change.

Sometimes cards are rejected due to condition, language, or not meeting our buylist criteria. Here's how we handle them based on how the order was submitted:

📬 If your order was mailed:

• Rejected cards will be mailed back to you along with your check payment (if selected).
• If no check was selected, cards will only be returned if requested in your special instructions.

🏪 If your order was dropped off in-store:

• Rejected cards will be held for up to 30 days for pickup.
• After 30 days, they will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or repurposed at our discretion.

🧾 Counterfeit or proxy cards submitted with a buylist order will not be returned.

📝 If you'd like specific cards returned or have special instructions, please include them in the notes section when submitting your buylist.

• Please sort cards in the same order as your buylist.
• Unsorted orders are subject to up to a $0.10 per card + 20% value fee.
• Single-sleeve only (no double or triple sleeving). 
  • A $0.05 per card de-sleeving fee will be applied to any cards submitted in double or triple sleeves.
    To avoid this fee, please submit cards in single sleeves or unsleeved.
• Ship promptly after approval - delays may result in price adjustments.
• We recommend tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
